Every now and then I have quite a creative spell and yesterday was a good day.I am doing a 6"x4" art swap on MILLIANDE web site.
I decided to make a piece and send it as mail art .I never put much thought into it before I start I just go with the flow and this was last nights creation.
Ranger distressed inks used for the background and a TIM HOLTZ ALTERATIONS DIE used for the bird cage.I embossed this in gold and added a vintage image.Flowers were added cut from green felt using a Sizzix die.And a rubber stamped embellishment added to the cage.
Needless to say I am now not going to send it as it is through the post as it may be too delicate.
I love this piece! I'm amazed that you can pop out something so clever in such a short period of time. I can't seem to get myself past over-thinking everything, spending more time plotting and planning than doing. Thanks for sharing photos of your work and inspiring me to actually DO more than just think.
