Love
The theme of this months pin swap over at http://milliande.ning.com/ is hearts and this is what I am sending to Barbara and Ros
we are asked to make one pin but I thought I would send a extra as they are such fun to make. The cream ones are cut from calico and lace and embellished with a shrink plastic heart. The pink ones are cut from layered and stitched mixed fabrics.
I am also sending these tags ,I hope they like the grunge look. I have been inspired by Tim Holtz

these are cut with a Tim Holtz Sizzix die from a cardboard box, a vintage page was glued on and then ripped off.then a mask was put on and brushed over with Gesso.Once dry I used a Kanban stamp and archival ink to create the image. The heart and wings were cut with another Tim Holtz die, coloured with ink and applied to give a 3D effect..I sprayed some cotton tape with ink and stamped the word LOVE several times.
I also have made ATCs with the theme St Patrick also over at http://milliande.ning.com/
And I am also sending a tag with these
I also made a very quick Hang Up for my WONDERFUL next door neighbours to celebrate their Diamond wedding anniversary 60 years ,what a achievement.
And guess what it was cut with several different Sizzix dies, the diamonds were embossed with a embossing folder.
Also inspired by Kit http://paperkitz.blogspot.com
I made a mini album,Yes I rushed it,and I did not wait until I had all the papers I would have liked to use, but I was quite happy with the result.
and I made a short video to show the pages.

I have also received my December swap pages from Tasha
Which are wonderful
and my final pin from last months swap arrived from Dorry
A lovely grunged paper pin with a black feather.
Last weekend I also made these Parker House rolls ,very easy, very quick and DELICIOUS.
Little Miss X has been very Cute
I also had fun with a wig and a grunge app on my phone.
A few years ago i received a RAAK (random act of kindness ) from a fellow member on milliande. This Beautiful kind hearted woman has remained a dear friend, and her artwork has watched over me since it arrived.
Can I please ask that you all send hugs and healing thoughts to Pam who has been very ill for sometime, and is far from home.
And to finish a Valentine inspired image.
