MOTHERS DAY

It was Mothering Sunday today  and I received some beautiful Singapore Orchids  from my eldest son and his family.I trained as a Florist and I have always tried to avoid the times of year when the prices are raised for demand. But saying that it was a delight to open the door to the Postman and sign for these beautiful blooms.

Just after they had arrived I was visited by my Granddaughter  who looked really cute in her new shades.

And I was able to thank her for my lovely flowers.

I had seem my Mother during the week but as usual had left it to the last minute to make a card for my Mother In Law. So late Saturday night I was almost asleep as I created a hanging card.
