YET MORE FISH

Another two sets of ATCs arrived today for my Something Fishy swap.The first set was from Barbara in Ontario Canada .

3 LITTLE GOLD FISH FROM BARBARA

Barbara has  created these with a stamped background on a mat and layered base and then highlighted with a gold gel pen .These cards are further enhanced by some very effective bubbles which I think may be adhesive embellishments ( I will check with Barbara )  as they certainly look the part.

The other set was from Lois in Duxbury  USA

3 FISH AND A LIGHTHOUSE FROM LOIS

Each one different  and Lois has sent a Zentangle fish and as I have said before I admire anyone with the patience to create these. And I guess Lois may have been inspired by the many New England Lighthouses to create the ocean view markers were used for these cards. I had to smile at the envelope.

I packaged up 3 swaps today Cats for Rachel in Australia which I have already blogged about and The Day Of The Dead dolls for Palma in Italy which I also have blogged about . I am a little worried about these as the  matchboxes I sent 2 weeks ago today have still not turned up.  And As I am writing this I have just stopped to unpack the 3rd swap as I had forgotten to take photos. This was Nina's monthly journal page swap and I am sending my 2 pages to Cindy in Rapid City USA. I try and remember to take photos just for the record and in case they go missing .

So I am almost up to date  just the Well Behaved Women  ATCs to do for Liz in the USA and if I can stay awake this evening I may get those in the post tomorrow as well.
