LITTLE FISHES AND LITTLE BOXES

Because I had a lovely walk in the Spring sunshine I have enough for 3 blogs but so as not to overdo it I will focus on just 2 items.
Firstly the 4th set of ATCs arrived and they were from Trine in Denmark http://timeout-trine.blogspot.com/
I would know Trine's work anywhere as I have said before in an earlier post it is typically Scandinavian and I love her style. And to be honest it was Trine's fishy journal page that gave me the idea for this swap.
So that is 4 down only 21 to go.

This morning before the sun came out fully I finished the boxes for Palma's matchbox swap on milliande  and it went something like this.

Palma had said it did not have to be a matchbox so I was pleased as I had just the right thing.

I have various shapes of little stacking boxes which were perfect for this swap.

I painted 4 sets with a base coat of acrylic and decorated each set differently using various rubber stamps and inks.
The pink set  using Altered originals spray inks Versa colour ink pad and embossing powder, Crafty Individuals images and finished with Ranger Stickles. I also used SeeDS mini rubber stamps.

The Green set using Altered Originals spray ink Versacolour ink pad and gold embossing powder Ranger distress ink and Ranger Stickles  Crafty Individuals images  and more rubber stamps .

The Blue set using Altered Originals spray ink archival ink pad Artemio Rubber stamps plus a small fish stamp and Ranger Stickles.

The Vintage set using Altered originals ink ranger Distress ink Archival ink Pad Artemio  stamps Tim Holtz stickers and crafty individuals images.

For those of you taking part in the swap who do not want to know what the secret surprise is look no further.
